Chatterbugs Autumn 2015 Blog Hop
I think that October has to be one of my favorite months of the year. The Autumn season is here, the leaves are changing, pumpkins are all over the place, and the weather is cooler. Hello October! I have missed you greatly! The above photo was taken last year when we went to Pumpkinville.
Seeing as that it’s Throwback Thursday (plus the Chatterbugs Fall Blog Hop), I thought that I would share with you all a bunch of fall photos of Shawn from over the years. You literally can watch him grow in just these few photos!
Shawn only 10 months old in this photo. It’s one of my favorites and I certainly miss that I could plop him down and he would stay there. 🙂
Another photo from the same time period. We were raking up the leaves in the backyard and I put him in the wheel barrow. He wasn’t so sure he liked it but quickly got over it.
Shawn was almost 2 years old here. I can’t believe how much he had grown over the year! Looking back at the photos from the same time frame really puts things in perspective!
It’s so hard for me to believe that Shawn really was this small at the age of (almost) 2 years old. It seems like such a long, long time ago!
This was taken a year later when we took a trip back to Cazenovia College. You can read all about that trip HERE. Shawn was almost 3 years old. He’s growing up right before our eyes!
Here is just a few months shy of 4 years old. We were supposed to be raking up the backyard but we stopped to play a little. I have always loved playing in the leaves and the huge tree in our backyard provides us with tons!
Shawn was almost 5 years old here. We were waiting for our family photo session and I brought along my camera to get some of my own shots. Which was a good thing because 1. I captured this great shot but 2. I wasn’t overly impressed with the photos that were taken so I am glad that I took some of my own.
This was last year at almost 6 years old. I can’t wait to get out there in a couple weeks and take his fall portraits. You can also see the progression of my photography skills over the years.
This post is part of the Chatterbugs 2015 Autumn Blog Hop! Please hop along to the next site and see what they’ve got posted today. Happy Fall!
